Property layouts for the financier's private tropical island included in the images.
Furthermore featured in this new image drop seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had created development schemes to develop the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and includes a legend labelling various parts of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including designs for dock shelters.
